These traditional sweet buns commemorates Good Friday. Classic tender not- too-sweet and lightly spiced with cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg and studded with plump raisins. Blended with a mixture of milk, maple syrup and almond-vanilla extracts then decorated with a delicious icing cross on the tops.
