My journey with health and wellness started since birth, where I was surrounded with fresh- from- the-garden farmers market ingredients and food cooked from scratch. I was introduced to exercise, sports, and fitness by my father who was a bodybuilder and fitness expert. So the only way I know how to determine good food and health is with the knowledge and lifestyle I’ve been familiar with since then..

Workshop 1: INTERACTIVE VIRTUAL COOKING CLASSES
(1.5-2 HOURS) these are interactive before which, we will choose from 3 recipes in advance together. Participants will receive an ingredient list and prep instructions so that they are ready to cook along. We cook together and questions and engagement are encouraged.
Complete recipe from our session so that participants can recreate the recipes over and over.

Workshop #2: SPEAKING & WELLNESS ROUTINE - (90 minutes interactive with Q&A). Inspire your group with a motivational talk and presentation by Chef Renate, covering topics of work-life-balance and ways to start, maintain, and end your day.
Workshop #3: VIRTUAL COOKING PRESENTATIONS & DEMONSTRATIONS - (60 minutes) Chef Renate presents on a selected topic of choice, present a finished recipe, and discusses the ingredients and why she chose them. You get science backed food education, plus learn tips, and meal prep hacks to make healthy eating easy, delicious, and an enjoyable experience. Recipe prepared from the session are shared with all participants after the event.
