Easy Deviled Eggs

The versatility of LadyRen Chef’s Blend seasoning goes from flavoring the filling of the deviled eggs to the garnish that finishes it off.

Serves: 5-6

6 large, hard boiled eggs peeled and sliced lengthwise

1/4 cup olive oil butter spread

2-3 teaspoons Dijon mustard

2-3 teaspoons LadyRen Chef’s Blend Seasoning

2 -3 tablespoons red bell pepper, diced small or julienned sun-dried tomatoes

Directions:

Remove the yolks and add to a medium bowl. Place the whites on a serving platter.

Mash the yolks into a fine crumble using a fork. Add the softened butter, mustard and seasoning. Mix well to combine. Taste for desired flavor.

Evenly add heaping teaspoons of the mixture into the egg whites. Gently insert the bell pepper pieces or sun-dried tomatoes.

Lightly sprinkle with LadyRen Chef’s Blend seasoning.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
